Building Access Control

Occupiers will have unrestricted access 24/7 via either:

  • A proximity fob access control system.
  • A digital audio entry intercom with details of each occupier listed.

A Paxton Net2 PC based audio entry intercom, incorporating proximity readers has been installed. This system is one of the most recognised access control systems on the market, compliant with BS EN 50133.

A central point of control is provided with the ability for the centre manager to programme fobs, set different access permissions and manage users as required.

Proximity readers are fitted to common area doors enhancing daytime security.

Office Suite Access Control

Each office has been cabled to enable the access control system to be simply installed by an incoming occupier. Please contact us for a quotation to reflect your specific requirements.

  • A simple security solution removing the need for a key lock, but complying with insurers requirements.
  • A single fob covers access to both the building and your office suite.
  • Proximity readers can be personalised to include your logo.
  • Magnetically controlled locks linked to the proximity system will auto fail if the fire alarm is activated.

Building Security System

329 Bracknell benefits from a new Texecom Grade 3 insurance recognised alarm. The system is compliant with BS EN 50131 and PD6662:2010. Setting and unsetting is by means of a dedicated tag which is compliant with BS8243.

The security alarm is linked to a Grade 4 Dualcom (Redcare telephone line & GSM) alarm signalling device which communicates with the security company appointed by McKay Securities.

Services include remote monitoring of the intruder alarm and the CCTV system incorporating number plate recognition and communication with intruders via a public address system.

Control room staff will set the building's alarm daily at midnight, if not already set by an occupier. If a member of staff requires access after this time, then the system can be unset from reception.

Office Suite Security System

Each office suite entrance door has been provided with a grade 3 contact point, providing built in security for each individual suite.

The building alarm system can be expanded through your office to a grade 3 standard by installing motion sensors, as the cabling has already been installed.
